Monday I was feeling better, though still not great. I was starting to feel antsy about stuff that needed to get done, but any time spent sitting up made me feel worse, so there’s definitely a ways to go before I’m back to normal.

My symptoms have closely mirrored the symptoms I had after my shots, but I feel like the fatigue aspect is worse and will hang around longer.

Tuesday I managed to shower and help the boys with their music lessons (online again), then I had to go back to bed. The specialty pharmacy called to follow up on my new meds and I realized I was taking the wrong dose (too low). Oops.

Wednesday I showered and did my accountability call and packaged an order that should have shipped on Monday, then went back to bed for awhile before driving to the post office to drop off the package in the outside box. It was only ten minutes away, but it was still enough to make me feel wiped out.

I took another test that was still showing positive, though not nearly as emphatic. Tthe line was quite faint this time and took a few minutes to appear versus the bright pink line that showed up immediately on my first test.

Thursday I felt worse than on Wednesday, so even the little I did must have been too much. I spent the day laying on the bio-mat, trying to make my lungs feel better.

Jeremy took the kids to karate class for the first time in nearly two weeks. While the boys were getting ready for bed that night, they bonked heads while getting ready for bed. Ocean didn’t have any injuries, but River ended up with a huge lump on his eyebrow- bigger than I’ve ever seen. He iced it for awhile, which helped with the swelling, but he’s going to have a spectacular black eye.

Friday I was feeling a bit better, though still not great. River’s eye was swollen shut and turning purple, but the original lump looks much better. not loving the racing heart every time i get up and walk around- probably the meds (theyre a stimulant after all), but probably also partly covid effects

Saturday- stayed in bed while J and Sunshine ran some errands and the boys played video games. not optimal, but that’s the way it is when I’m not feeling well.

several days post head-bonk, with the black eye looking a lot better (and yes, we still need to fix the wall and trim around the cupboard)
